CANCELLATION POLICY

1. ABOUT THIS CANCELLATION POLICY

At Flenxar, we aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel an order, your right of withdrawal under applicable European consumer protection laws, and the conditions that apply to returns and refunds.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

You may request to cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed and dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@flenxar.com and include your order number.

If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund using your original payment method.

Please note that once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described below.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear statement to info@flenxar.com before the withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal.

4. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, returned products should:

  • Be returned in their original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, instructions, accessories, and documentation where applicable.

  • Not show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product's nature, characteristics, and functionality.

You may inspect a product as you would in a physical retail store. If a returned item shows excessive handling or use that reduces its value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged product;

  • A defective product;

  • An incorrect product received; or

  • An error on our part;

the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned product, or satisfactory proof that it has been returned, we will process your refund without undue delay.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days and will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Where required by law, standard delivery charges paid as part of the original order will also be refunded.

We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

7. ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply, where permitted by law, to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Products manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

  • Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  • Any other products excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@flenxar.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product and any damage or defect.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which may include a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

9. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits, excludes, or replaces any mandatory consumer rights available under Dutch law or applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.

Your legal rights concerning defective products, product conformity, and consumer guarantees remain fully protected.
