These Terms of Service apply to every visit to the Flenxar website and to every order placed through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you shop with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We do our best to accurately describe and display all products offered through our website. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual items may vary slightly.
Prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices, update product information, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
4. ORDERS
An order is considered received once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the accepted payment methods available on the website.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify orders due to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances. If this occurs, any payment received will be refunded.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to destinations available during checkout.
Orders may be fulfilled from various warehouses or fulfillment partners depending on product availability and delivery location.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once an order has been dispatched. Delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
If a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product without providing a reason.

Once the returned product or proof of return shipment is received, we will issue a refund within 14 days, including standard delivery charges where required by law.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If returned items show excessive handling or use, a reasonable deduction may be applied to the refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products.
7. WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
All products sold by Flenxar must conform to their descriptions and function as reasonably expected.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with Dutch consumer protection laws.
This statutory warranty exists independently of any return period described above.
8. LIABILITY
We strive to keep our website accurate, secure, and available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content.
Except where prohibited by law, Flenxar shall not be liable for indirect losses resulting from technical interruptions, website errors, or circumstances beyond our control.
