RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY WITHDRAWAL PERIOD)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, simply contact us at info@flenxar.com within the 14-day period.
Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
2. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
We ask that products be handled only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality, similar to how you would examine them in a physical store.
Whenever possible, please return products with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
If a returned item shows signs of excessive use or damage beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may apply a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect the reduction in value.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

The item received differs from the item ordered
In these situations, Flenxar will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

5. REFUNDS
Once we have received the returned product, or proof that it has been shipped back, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used to place the order.
Where required by law, refunds will include the standard shipping charges originally paid for the order.
Any premium or express shipping fees are refundable only when the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@flenxar.com.
Under Dutch consumer law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund if a product does not meet reasonable expectations or fails to conform to the sales agreement.
These rights apply independently of the 14-day withdrawal period.
7. EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or personalized products made specifically to your requirements

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened, where permitted by applicable law
